1-To provide its members with savings, deposits, and related services earning competitive rates of interest and minimizing financial risks on such savings.                                                                                                                                                                                2- To provide its members with loan services at cost allowing the SACCO to cover its costs including legal reserves, for loan losses and other required reserves.                                                                                                  3-To curry out any other necessary legally authorized and economically feasible financial services demanded by its members.

ABOUT Mkk SACCO LTD

Who We Are

Mukaku Kaama Kisubi SACCO is a Savings and Credit Co-operative Society registered under the Co-operative Act Cap 112 as Registration No 9138. It is affiliated to Uganda Co-operative Savings and Credit Union Ltd (UCSCU)and Uganda Co-operative Alliance (UCA). UCCF, Uganda Institute of Bankers, Wakiso SACCO Union. It was registered on 22ndSept2009.

Mukaku Kaama Kisubi SACCO is a community membership based SACCO composed of Kisubi community members and other individual form Katabi and Sisa Sub County Wakiso District.

September 22, 2009 saw the birth of MUNAKU KAAMA KISUBI SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED. Community members were encouraged to join the society, save together for the future and use the savings to access loans (credit) to enhance their individual welfare both socially and economically.

Hence the motto “OBUMU GE MANYI” It had mobilized a membership of 2000 by end of 30 May 2016. The membership has grown by leaps and bounds since its inception in 2008


Financial Performance

Munaku Kaama Kisubi SACCO Financial Performance

As reflected in the audited financial statements Munaku Kaama Kisubi Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltd realized an increase of 12% in its profitability during the financial year ended 31 Dec 2015 .

This remarkable improvement in profitability is attributable to the vigorous initiatives in mobilization and sensitization of members to increase their saving culture and accessibility of affordable loan products that has increased the loan disbursements and other SACCO products and services.

During the same period, Munaku Kaama Kisubi SACCO registered an increase of 53% in equity and reserves.

MKK SACCO Leadership is a going concern. The SACCO has a standard cod of conduct for the Directors which operates in harmony with the cooperative status, the bylaw and the working policy to ensure that elected leaders work within the corporate governance structure.  The BOD have come up with a standard measure of leadership succession plan to ensure continuity in operations and service delivery to members since every after two years the SACCO leadership is put to the entire membership to elect new leadership according to their will after being appraised and vetted.
